Are you looking to start practicing yoga and would you like to learn the basics of yoga and pranayama?
Yoga and Pranayama basics is a 2-week intensive program that is designed to get you started with yoga, even if you are an absolute beginner. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of yoga, how to start practicing yoga, and the benefits of yoga and pranayama. Plus, gain the confidence to practice different elements of yoga: Surya Namaskar, Asanas, and Pranayama.
